Products made to order or branded can only be returned if at fault, or variance to prior approval. Any fault or discrepency must be reported within 5 working day. 

Delivery costs to one UK mainland address are included our prices. For these items, typically delivery periods are between 1-3 weeks. We endeavour wherever possible to meet all clients deadlines, but please confirm this at the time of order.
